General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, SAP NS2
As General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer, Joseph Moreno manages SAP NS2’s legal, compliance, and contracts functions, advising the CEO, the Board of Directors, and senior management on all corporate transactions, data privacy, regulatory, and litigation matters. Prior to joining SAP NS2, he was a global litigation partner at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft.
As a former federal counterterrorism prosecutor he frequently appears on BBC, CBS, CNN, Fox News, and MSNBC to discuss national security issues and high-level government investigations and prosecutions. He has also testified before Congress on matters relating to money laundering and terrorist financing.
In the military he serves as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army Reserve, currently assigned to the Army Office of General Counsel (OGC) at the Pentagon.
